Review: Essence Urbaniced trend edition

Essence Urbaniced trend edition hit the stores this week but I already had the privilege of testing a few products out. Essence Slovenija has really been spoiling bloggers lately ❤
I received the blush, highlighter and eyeshadows.

Review: ZJ07 stamping plate

Long time no post but what can I do about it (other than post more hehe). This will hopefully soon go back to normal.
Today I'm going to show you a stamping plate I got sent from Born pretty store  that disappointed me a little bit which rarely happens. ZJ07 stamping plate looks amazing. Big images and nice selection of designes but the the images transfer poorly :( I used the same stamper, scraper and "stamping" polish I always use but some images didn't show one bit :( I checked the reviews on BPS page and some people managed to get it work. Maybe I just got a bad plate. From now on I'm gonna stick to their own line of stamping plates.

Review: Summer Halloween nails (BPS Qgirl-002 stamping plate)

Who says Halloween only comes once a year? :) With Born pretty store Qgirl-002 stamping plate you can rock morbid nails all year round. The plate has some really "cute" designs and the quality of the plate is amazing. I used my trusted Konad black polish for stamping and all fine lines transfered perfectly.

Review: BPS duochrome holo polish 96

Will you check this beauty out? <3 Lately I had great experience with Born pretty store polishes, especially with duochromes. This baby was no exception, one coat over black and I was in love. The formula is a bit funny, it almost looks like a sticky gel but it applied normal. The combination of holo glitter and duochrome base really makes this polish special and I'm really grateful that I had the chance to review it.

Review: nail polish/gel removing clips

This is my second review of Lady queen products. I was very impressed with the stamping plate I showed you in my last post but unfortunately the second product didn't deliver.
Glitter looks great on nails but the removal....well we've all been there :) Usually I tackle the problem by using aluminum foil and acetone soaked pads. I've seen on a few blogs these plastic clips that substitute aluminum foil. I was very intrigued and happy when I saw them on Lady queen page. But unfortunately my happiness went away when I got them in the mail box :( As you can see, they are way too big and I would need huge pieces of cotton to make it work. On their page the clips looked a bit different on the photos, hey were different sizes which I think is weird. I really wanted this to work because the idea behind it is great.

Do any of you have a good experience with clamps like this?

China glaze Frostbite

What better time to wear China glaze Frostbite than Summer? :) It's a bit chilly ATM but I wore this in the middle of a heat wave.
This is one of my favourite China glaze shades, a metallic cobalt blue that has that "lit from within" feel. The formula is a bit tricky, the polish is quite sheer and you get bald spots. I have two thick coats on but looking at the photos, I could use a third coat too. Other than that, Frostbite is a winner in my book <3

Review: Dark webs (Lady queen stamping plate Hehe 046)

A while ago I was contacted by a new online store Lady queen and they offered to send me two products of my choice in exchange for an honest review.
The first product was Hehe 046 stamping plate. I mainly chose it for the skulls and the spider webs. Luckily I was not disappointed, the whole plate stamps very well, even the fine lines transfer as they should.
For this mani I started with a black base on all nails. The topper is NYC Rock muse Smokey top coat and the stamping was made with Barry M Silver.
I used a new top coat with this mani, Essence The gel nail polish top coat. I can't tell about the lasting power cause everything usually stays well on my nails but I did notice it didn't smudge any of the stamping so that's a big plus.
